306154-MLS-D is a VRS kit, so it has our diesel style metal head gasket, spark plug seals x 6, rocker cover gasket, thermostat housing gasket, thermostat O-ring, valve stem seals x 24, VCT seals x 2, intake gasket and MLS stainless steel exhaust gasket. (Everything you need to take the head off and put it back on)
